Dear Guests,

we are pleased to welcome you and, kindly, we ask you to read our internal regulations and some rules of good behavior in order to ensure respect for all guests.

THE ARRIVAL

Upon your arrival, you will be given the keys intended for you: entrance to the apartment, main door on the ground floor and a remote control for opening the automatic gate. We recommend that you pay attention not to lose them, remembering that, in case of loss, there is a charge proportional to the damage caused up to a maximum of Euro 100.00.

RESERVED ACCESS

We remind you that, for reasons of public safety, access to our facility is prohibited for other people other than registered guests.

THE BREAKFAST

The breakfast service is not included in the price of your stay. If you wish to use the service, we ask you to inform us at the time of check-in or / and, one day in advance, during your stay. Breakfast is available with delivery directly to your apartment, from 8.30 to 10.00. In the atrium you will find the available menus and prices.

THE CLEANING SERVICE

We remind you that the structure is a holiday home business. Therefore, the cleaning service and linen change are provided at the beginning and at the end of your stay. Any additional services must be requested by you in advance and will be charged in proportion to the service requested.

The use of the laundry room, located in the house opposite the parking lots, is free and, on request, is at your disposal.

NO SMOKING AREA

All internal areas (apartments and common areas) of the structure are NO SMOKING. Smoking is allowed only outside the structure. Using the ashtrays distributed in various points (swimming pool / front atrium / barbecue area). Please do not throw cigarette butts on the floor.

THE POOL

• The swimming pool is open every year from 01 June to 30 September. Subject to variations depending on weather conditions.
• Access and use of the swimming pool are strictly reserved for guests.
• The hours for the use of the swimming pool, for safety reasons, are from 9.00 to 17.00.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. It is absolutely forbidden to let dogs into the water.
• We remind you that children under the age of majority must be accompanied by their parents. Please read the complete regulations, located at the entrance to the pool area.
• It is forbidden to bring glasses / bottles / glass containers into the pool area.
• Guests are asked to maintain behaviors in the pool that do not disturb other guests (noises, loud music, etc …)
• In addition, for reasons of safety and respect for all guests, we invite you to access the interior of the structure (hall and common stairs and / or lift) only after drying and wearing suitable footwear.

BARBECUE AREA

In the park there is an equipped barbecue area. Guests can use it for free upon reservation. To be requested at least one / two days before use.

The barbecue can only be used by one group of guests at a time.

The staff will provide all necessary instructions, including the appropriate tool kit.

SAFETY

We inform you that the property does not have safety deposit boxes. Therefore, we invite you not to leave any valuables unattended inside the apartments or common areas. Il Bosco di Campo Marzano declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left unattended.

USE OF THE ELEVATOR

For safety reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 12 are strictly prohibited from using the lift.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made:

by credit card (Visa – Bancomat – Mastercard)

in cash only for amounts contained within 500.00 euros and you do not have a credit card

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Check-in is to be done between 3.00pm and 7.00pm

Check-out is to be done between 9.00 and 11.30 on the day of departure.

GENERAL RULES OF GOOD BEHAVIOR

• Each apartment has an equipped kitchen. We invite you to consume any food in the kitchen – living room – private terrace area and not in the common areas. Excluding different agreements made from time to time with the staff. It is forbidden to use cookers brought by guests – food warmers and electric stoves.
• The structure is Pet Friendly and we are happy about it, but this does not mean leaving your pets unattended! We therefore invite you to constantly supervise them in order to prevent them from disturbing other guests. It is forbidden to leave them free in the park and / or in the common areas within the structure.
